USPG is devastated to hear that Bangladesh is currently facing a difficult and unprecedented situation. The chaos, political unrest, and insecurity within the country for the last few days have left people feeling worried and fearful. We stand in solidarity with our partners the Church of Bangladesh and the nation at this challenging time.

1. Peace and Stability: The ongoing unrest has caused widespread fear and anxiety among people. We pray for an end to violence and for a peaceful resolution to the current crisis.
2. Government Leadership: Pray for Bangladesh government leaders to have wisdom, courage, and compassion as they navigate through these challenging times. We ask for divine guidance to help them make decisions that will lead to reconciliation and healing.
3. Safety and Protection: Pray for the safety and protection of all citizens, especially those who are most vulnerable. The curfew and limited access to resources has made daily life extremely difficult for many.
4. Communication and Connectivity: Pray for the restoration of communication and internet access. The ability to stay connected with our mission partners and the global community is crucial for support and solidarity.
5. Healing and Comfort: Pray for the families and communities who have lost loved ones. May they find comfort and strength in their grief.
6. Faith and Unity: Pray for the Church of Bangladesh and all faith communities to remain united and strong. Let us be a beacon of hope and love, supporting each other and those in need during these dark times.
