The Anglican Church of Australia has 23 dioceses across five internal provinces and became autonomous in 1962. The Church is a major provider of education and welfare services. USPG regularly works with Church's Board of Mission which was set up in 1872
The Anglican Church of Melanesia has eight dioceses across the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu and New Caledonia and is also home to four religious orders. USPG's links began in 1861. The Church oversees a wide range of social and community development work.
The province was inaugurated in 1996. It includes four dioceses in Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore. The diocese of Singapore oversees missionary work in Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Nepal, Thailand and Vietnam. The province is growing and is mission-focused, sending its own mission partners to various parts of the world.
The Church of the Province of West Africa was first established in 1951 but has seen several changes since. It is now divided into the Internal Province of Ghana and the Internal Province of West Africa. The latter includes dioceses from seven other countries - Cameroon, Cape Verde, Gambia, Guinea, Liberia, Senegal and Sierra Leone.
The Anglican Church of Southern Africa (ACSA) is the oldest self-governing Anglican Church in Africa. It is comprised of South Africa, Lesotho, Namibia, Eswatini (Swaziland) and Saint Helena and Tristan da Cunha.
IAMA - Igreja Anglicana de Mocambique e Angola - is the newest member of the worldwide Anglican Communion. It was created in October 2021 having been part of the province of Southern Africa. USPG is helping with leadership development and with the setting up a new provincial office.
The province was formed in 1973 and covers Madagascar, Mauritius and The Seychelles. It boasts great diversity culturally, linguistically and geographically across its eight dioceses.
The Church of the Province of Central Africa comprises 15 dioceses in Botswana, Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe. USPG's links date back to the mid-19th century. We work with the province in several areas including theological education and tackling gender-based violence.
The Diocese of Europe is part of the Church of England but spans 42 countries across three continents - making it the large diocese in the entire Anglican Communion. SPG first sent chaplains to serve Anglicans in continental Europe in 1862. USPG works with the Diocese of Europe on issues such a supporting refugees.
The Church of South India was formed in September 1947 with a union of churches from different traditions including Anglican, Methodist, Congregational, Presbyterian, and Reformed.
