USPG's connection with North India dates from 1820 when the Society supported the building of Bishop's College, Calcutta (now Kolkata) and appointed the first members of staff.

The Church of the Province of Myanmar comprises six dioceses and two missionary dioceses. SPG began missionary work in what was then Burma in 1854 and has maintained strong links, focusing its support on education, healthcare and leadership development.
The Church of Ireland covers all of Ireland. Its 11 dioceses are grouped into two provinces: Armagh and Dublin. The church traces its history back to St Patrick's missionary work of the 5th century.
The Church in Wales was formed in 1920 following disestablishment from the Church of England. It has six dioceses and is the largest denomination in Wales.
The Church of England is the mother church of the worldwide Anglican Communion. It comprises 41 dioceses across England, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man plus the Diocese of Europe. USPG was established in 1701 as the missionary agency of the Church of England.
The Episcopal Church was the established Church of Scotland after the Reformation in the 16th century. It comprises seven dioceses.
USPG has a relationship with Anguilla through its partnership with the Church of the Province of the West Indies.
